Refunds Policy

Please note that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

If on the off chance your item has a major problem you can choose a refund or exchange. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

Please note the following important points:

  1. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.  No receipt, no refund.
  2. Check that your item is still under the warranty – refer to the product on our website for warranty details.
  3. If you believe your item is faulty and still under warranty, please follow these steps:
    1. Call us first on (08) 9200 6057!  Talk us through the issue…We’re reasonable people and we’re sure you are too.  There’s always a solution.
    2. Take a photo of the fault and email it to sales@funsportsdirect.com.au - Some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued.  In these cases, we need to inspect the goods to ascertain the best course of action.  Here you’ll need to return the goods to Rear 9 Keegan St, O’Connor WA at your cost.  We will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates. This process usually takes around 2 weeks and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 1-3 business days.
