The Games Room

A games room is many things to many people, but when you strip it back to tin tacks, what it’s really about is good old-fashioned social fun. We’ve been in the business a while, so we reckon we know a bit about ‘em. Which kind of games room are you looking for?

The man cave

Ah, the man cave. It’s your personal sanctuary where you get to relax, hang out with your mates and take some well-deserved time out. We all know the key ingredients: a big-screen telly, a fridge full of beer and a competitive game or three. We’re thinking a pool table, foosball, table tennis , air-hockey or a darts board. Sound good?

The social hub

You know the drill. It’s a Monday night, your favourite bar is closed and you’ve got the night off work. It’s time to invite a few friends over, get your Forest Gump on and party like it’s 1994. Easy enough to play with a bat in one hand and a drink in the other, ping pong (aka table tennis) is analogue fun for the modern socialite. And when you’ve finished your martini, why not try your hand at a game of darts  or snooker, Mad Men style?

The morale-booster

Setting up a games room is a great way to keep your tribe happy and engaged. A quick game does wonders for motivation and keeps important lines of communication open. It’s even good for the brain! If you’re looking to increase morale, fight the afternoon slump or even just reward your staff, check out our great range of durable, affordable games tables and accessories.

The kids’ paradise

Active kids are happy kids, and a games room is a great way to get yours off the couch and away from the computer. Games are the perfect tools for building social skills, motor skills and even maths skills, and the best bit is, kids love them! So whether you’ve got a full room to spare, or just a wall in the lounge room, why not buy a little fun for your family? It’s good for them, and they won’t even know it!
