Bazoongi Trampolines Q&A:

Q:  How many people will it require to build the trampoline?

A: 2 adults is all you need.

Q:  How long does it take to build?

A: 2 hours approximately.

Q:  Can we deliver it?

A: Yes.  $55 delivery for Perth Metro.  Outer lying metro, country and interstate customers need to call us on 1300 892 548 for a freight rate, or go through the check out process, select your state and post code and then update your order.  The system will generate a freight rate for you.

Q:  Do we offer an assembly service?

A: Yes, but only for Perth metro customers.  We charge $150 plus delivery.

Q: How long will the net last?

A:  Whilst we can't guarantee how long your net will last, we often hear of customers that have had their trampoline for 5 years+ with the net still going strong!

Remember though, that the nets are there to prevent the user bouncing onto the springs.  They're not designed to be a fighting cage, or for kids to continually ram into them, so please treat your trampoline net with respect, and it will last for years.

Q: Why do the nets last so long?

A: The Bazoongi factory are serious about their UV testing.  So much so that they have a machine dedicated to simulating the UV environment of the harsh Australian sun.  Each roll of fabric that is used to make the nets, jump mats and spring protector pads is tested for 5,000 hours, yes 5,000 hours under the equivalent of the harshest Australian sunlight conditions.

Each 500 hours they pull the sample, ensure that it is at least 80% or greater than its original strength and put it back in the machine again for testing.  This is done 10 times on the 1 piece of fabric.  If at any stage the fabric is less than 80% of its original strength, the entire roll is discarded and a new roll is sampled until the 5,000 hour test has been satisfied.

In other words, the testing for UV durability is extremely thorough, which is why our Bazoongi trampolines are the most UV resistant on the market.

Q: How much weight can this trampoline take?

A: It depends on the size of your trampoline:

BAZOONGI 8’ / 2.4M DIAMETER  TRAMPOLINE & ENCL

105KG ACTUAL USER

WEIGHT CAPACITY

BAZOONGI 10’ / 3.0M DIAMETER TRAMPOLINE & ENCL

115KG ACTUAL USER WEIGHT CAPACITY

BAZOONGI 12’ / 3.6M DIAMETER TRAMPOLINE & ENCL

125KG ACTUAL USER WEIGHT CAPACITY

BAZOONGI 14’ / 4.2M DIAMETER TRAMPOLINE & ENCL

135KG ACTUAL USER WEIGHT CAPACITY

BAZOONGI 15’ / 4.5M DIAMETER

TRAMPOLINE & ENCL

140KG ACTUAL USER WEIGHT CAPACITY

BAZOONGI 9’ X 13’ OVALPOD TRAMPOLINE & ENCL

135KG ACTUAL USER WEIGHT CAPACITY

BAZOONGI 10’ X 15’ OVALPOD TRAMPOLINE & ENCL

140KG ACTUAL USER WEIGHT CAPACITY

BAZOONGI 9’ X 13’ RECTANGLE TRAMPOLINE & ENCL

135KG ACTUAL USER WEIGHT CAPACITY

Q:  How do you determine the actual “user weight” capacity of a particular model of trampoline?

A: Bazoongi rate their trampolines weight capacity using the "Actual User Weight" method.  This is what Bazoongi deem to be a safe user weight when bouncing on the trampoline.  This is calculated by dividing the total physical weight that the trampoline frame and jump mat can handle (before components start to break under stress) by 4.  Hence, under test conditions, the 9x14' Bazoongi Oval Trampoline takes 540kg of total weight before the jump mat & frame start to break!  Therefore, the weight rating is an inherently conservative measure of the trampoline's weight bearing strength.
